We integrate nutrition education into daily activities, engaging children in preparing healthy meals with fresh garden produce. When children cook, they become adventurous eaters and develop a positive relationship with food.
Children help prepare meals using produce from our school garden, connecting them to food from seed to plate.
Children explore how food is grown, prepared, and where it comes from, building curiosity and appreciation for nutritious eating.
We explore diverse cuisines and their stories, helping children appreciate cultural diversity through food.
Through nature, gardening, and nutrition education, we grow a generation of mindful learners who care for themselves, others, and the world around them.
