McKenzie holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Play Therapy. With more than three years of experience providing counseling services to children of all ages and three years of administrative leadership experience in early childhood settings, she brings a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to the Sprouts community.

Her background uniquely combines mental health expertise with hands-on knowledge of program operations, child development, and family support. McKenzie is passionate about fostering healthy emotional growth, creating nurturing learning environments, and ensuring that every child receives empathetic, developmentally attuned care. She is excited to continue bringing a mental-health-informed, child-centered approach to the growing minds at Sprouts.
