Our Programs

Infants

At Sprouts, our experienced and caring teachers are trained to provide individualized attention and care to each infant, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. We serve infants ages 0-1 and our curriculum includes age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, sensory play, music and movement, and interactive play, all of which are designed to promote early brain development and foster a love of learning. We understand that the first year of a baby's life is critical for their development, and we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for them to thrive in.

Toddlers

Our toddler care program, for children ages 1-3, focuses on meeting the individual needs of each child, including feeding, napping, and diaper changes, while providing ample opportunities for playtime and structured activities. Our curriculum is designed to foster the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills through age-appropriate activities such as circle time, story time, music and movement, art, and outdoor play. Our experienced teachers work closely with parents to ensure that each child's unique needs and interests are met. We believe that by providing a stimulating and safe environment for toddlers to explore and learn, we can set the foundation for their future success.

Preschool

Our Pre-School program, for children ages 3-5, offers a wide range of age-appropriate activities such as language and literacy development, math and science exploration, art and music, physical activity, and socialization that will prepare your sprouts for entering the school system. We believe that children learn best through hands-on experiences and play, so our program is designed to be interactive and engaging. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children to learn, make friends, and develop a love of learning that will last a lifetime.

Sprout’s Initiative

Emotionally Supportive Spaces

Incorporating therapy techniques into the daily routine at Sprouts can help children develop essential skills for managing their emotions, building resilience, and enhancing social connections. Sprouts’ staff create a supportive, calming environment where children learn tools for emotional regulation and social engagement, using nature, gardening, and mindfulness as primary teaching methods.

Sensory Engagement Through Nature and Grounding

At Sprouts, we emphasize sensory engagement to connect children with their environment and with each other. Through activities that involve touch, taste, sight, sound, and smell, children deepen their understanding of the world. For example, feeling the cool soil while planting, tasting freshly picked vegetables, or listening to the rustling leaves helps children become more aware and present. Grounding practices, such as mindful nature walks and art projects inspired by their surroundings, allow children to reflect on their experiences, promoting emotional regulation and resilience.

A Community of Growth

Our vision for Sprouts Early Learning Academy is to create a nurturing community where children can flourish socially and emotionally. We strive to create a safe, inclusive space that encourages exploration, creativity, and healthy living. By intertwining nature, gardening, nutrition, and cultural food education, we inspire children to be curious, compassionate, and engaged members of their communities.

Through this model, we aim to cultivate a love for the environment, healthy eating, and cultural diversity while promoting strong social connections. Together, we will grow a generation of mindful individuals who appreciate the interconnectedness of all life and support one another on their journey of discovery.
